CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING PURCHASED GOODS
The return of goods (credit note) or exchange of purchased goods can be carried out only under the following conditions:
- the request for return has been submitted in writing, including a copy of the delivery note or invoice (email, fax, etc.)
- a handling fee of 15% of the value of the returned goods will be charged
- in case of exchange for goods of equal or higher value, a handling fee of 10% of the value of the returned goods will be charged
- approval from an authorised person is required for the return
- returns are possible only within 2 months from the date of purchase
- the goods are not a non-standard/custom product (non-standard anchor points, rails, nets, railings, ladders, etc.)
- after receiving approval from an authorised person, the customer delivered the returned goods at their own expense to the registered office of TOPWET s.r.o.
- the goods were returned undamaged, complete, and in the original packaging; in case of damaged packaging, a fee of 3 Euros per piece will be charged
- the credit note is payable within 30 days
According to the Act on Sales Records, the selleris obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, the seller isobliged to register the received payment with the tax administrator online; incase of a technical outage, no later than within 48 hours.
